About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Haywards Heath. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
