Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Haywards Heath. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
