Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 25+ hours of personal training and large-group training sessions
- Maintain a pristine clean environment at all times
- Participate in events and competitions organized by Madisons Fitness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence and practices in training, programming, cardio, and nutrition
Requirements:
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification
Desirable Experience:
- Delivering personal training for a minimum of 3 years (including internship or voluntary experience)
- Experience delivering small-group personal training in a private training facility
- Experience delivering strength and conditioning sessions or classes to large groups
- Customer service experience
