Personal Tax Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Tax Assistant Manager to join our team in Haywards Heath. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal tax clients and assisting the Tax Manager in ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients to meet tight deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of Self-Assessment Tax Returns and Capital Gains Tax Property Returns.
  • Train and develop other team members/trainees in personal tax procedures.
  • Work closely with the Tax Manager to ensure effective tax compliance and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of personal tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate with experience of tax software.
