Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer service, and inventory management processes.
- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales and Customer Experience: Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and implementing effective inventory control processes.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks to the business.
- Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
