  • Take charge of the store team in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, implementing seasonal campaigns and promotions as directed by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and coaching a team to achieve business objectives.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for advising and assisting customers in finding the perfect product for their needs.
  • A solid understanding of store operations, including compliance, processes, and visual merchandising.
  • A collaborative mindset, committed to contributing to the development and improvement of the store and team.

  • A competitive base salary of £26,000 per annum.
