Assistant Store Manager

As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving store objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key areas of focus include:
- Operations: Assist with all store operations, including planning and executing store schedules, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Controls: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including payroll and wage controls, and assist with resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales: Understand business and customer expectations and motivate the team to deliver an excellent customer experience, driving sales and profitability.
- Development: Assist with identifying internal talent and support performance management processes to drive exceptional performance, and promote Frasers Group core values and coach the team to engage with these values.
- Leadership and Management: Inspire the team and act as a role model, supporting coaching and motivating the team to achieve success, and taking responsibility for key areas to assist the Store Manager and be accountable for any outcomes.

- Ability to positively impact results in sales, payroll, and stock loss.
- Proven record of developing talented individuals.
