About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Strategy and Partnerships Team as a Director of Strategy and Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of our Trust Strategy and Clinical Services Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of our Trust Strategy and Clinical Services Strategy.
  • Provide strategic guidance and expertise across the Trust.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including academic partners and other healthcare organisations.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and strategic plans to deliver our Trust's strategic direction.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the Trust's improvement and transformation programmes align with our strategic ambitions.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Strategic planning or development experience within the NHS or a similar organisation.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills and creative thinking to establish innovative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape at a local, regional, and national level.
