Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and providing expert advice to our clients in the real estate sector.

Your primary focus will be on CDM and H&S consultancy services, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence, providing expert advice, and acting as Principal Designer as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations. You will also need to possess excellent IT skills, be a creative thinker, and have the ability to effectively plan and organise your workload to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services to existing and new clients
  • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer as required
  • Manage all commissions to ensure client expectations and business management system requirements are met
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to effectively plan and organise own workload to meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills to generate reports and documents
  • Creative thinker
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • GradIOSH or equivalent
  • Membership of the APS
