Job Title: Consultant / Senior Consultant - Real Estate Consulting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services to existing and new clients from our Bristol office.
  • Understand clients' needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges.
  • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer, helping clients manage and understand their legal responsibilities.
  • Manage all commissions, ensuring clients' expectations and Turner & Townsend's business management system are effectively discharged.
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed.
Requirements:
  • Creative thinker with extensive knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations.
  • Experience of a diverse range of industry sectors, with a proven ability to meet clients' needs.
  • Experience as a Principal Designer is highly desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and relevant professional qualifications, such as GradIOSH or equivalent, are essential.
