Job Title: Consultant / Senior Consultant - Real Estate Consulting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant / Senior Consultant - Real Estate Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and providing expert advice to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in CDM regulations. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on CDM and H&S management, as well as ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence in meeting their needs and expectations.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients manage and understand their legal responsibilities, in accordance with CDM regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on CDM and H&S management
  • Ensure consistent delivery of service excellence in meeting client needs and expectations
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and identify solutions to their challenges
  • Manage all commissions, ensuring both client expectations and business management system requirements are effectively discharged
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within the construction industry, specifically around CDM regulations
  • Ability to effectively plan and organise own workload to meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills to generate reports and documents
  • Creative thinker
  • Full UK driving licence
  • GradIOSH or equivalent
  • Membership of the APS
