As a Real Estate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients, helping them navigate complex projects and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services to clients from our Bristol office
  • Understand client needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges
  • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer, ensuring clients meet their legal responsibilities
  • Manage commissions, ensuring client expectations and business management system requirements are met
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (Essential)
  • NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent) (Desired)
