Job Title: Senior Real Estate Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team in Glasgow. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities, helping them to build a strong business case and make informed decisions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a proven track record of delivering high-value, independent advice to clients. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement real estate strategies to meet client objectives
  • Conduct feasibility studies and business case development for real estate investment opportunities
  • Provide expert advice on real estate risk management and value creation
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize real estate investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant real estate industry qualification or experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-value, independent advice to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
