Job Title: Senior Consultant - Real Estate Consulting

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team in Glasgow. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in providing high-value, independent, trusted advice to our clients, helping them to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities.

The successful applicant will have experience in planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects and programmes, as well as supporting the development of healthcare estate strategies and authoring business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities and feasibility studies.
  • Develop and implement real estate strategies and business cases for clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements:

  • Relevant real estate industry qualification or experience.
  • Experience in a client-side and consultancy environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Financial literacy and commercial understanding.
  • Ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives.
  • Programme management, project management, capital projects, and contract management skills.
  • Competent in handling data sets and analysing/presenting data to evidence proposed solutions.
