Position Overview: Support Care Facilitator - Adult Residential Services

Job Summary:
As a Support Care Facilitator, you will play a vital role in our adult residential services, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for individuals with autism and/or neurodivergent conditions. Your efforts will help them lead safe, fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
  • Assist adults in daily routines, including morning preparations and meal planning.
  • Support individuals in accessing community activities, such as dining out and recreational outings.
  • Facilitate appointments with healthcare professionals, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Encourage participation in hobbies and interests, enriching their lives.
