Position Overview

As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals to achieve their fullest potential in life, tailored to their unique preferences and needs.

Your daily tasks will be diverse and engaging, including:

  • Assisting individuals with personal hygiene and grooming
  • Supporting individuals during meal times
  • Recognizing and addressing individual health and wellness requirements
  • Encouraging participation in social events and activities, both within the facility and in the community
  • Upholding principles of choice, dignity, independence, and respect
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate care records.

Our staffing levels are above average compared to other care organizations, typically featuring a team of six professionals dedicated to supporting around ten individuals, allowing for meaningful interactions and quality care.

Candidate Profile

While relevant experience and qualifications are appreciated, they are not mandatory for this position.
