Position Overview: Support Care Specialist for Independent Living

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Care Specialists in our Independent Living program. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and neurodivergent needs.

Key Information:
  • Work Type: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Salary Range: £23,167.56 - £23,290.70 per annum
  • Shift Patterns: Rotating shifts across 7 days, including nights, early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Annual Leave: 36 days of generous leave entitlement (pro rata)

About the Role:

As a Support Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting young people and adults in engaging with various activities both at home and within the community. Building positive and trusting relationships with those we support is essential, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
