We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at North East Autism Society. Our adult residential homes provide a supportive and inclusive environment for autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Support adults in our residential homes and out in the community, promoting independence and autonomy.
