Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic Salesforce team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development, integration, testing, and maintenance of features within our Salesforce and Contact Centre platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform user requirements into functional software solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing for new functionalities.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the testing phases.
  • Engage in collaborative meetings with business representatives and IT colleagues.
  • Work closely with development scrum teams and other IT departments to enhance the overall process, including monitoring, deployment, and support.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce developer, ideally in a leadership capacity.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred).
  • Strong people management abilities, including engagement, coaching, and performance oversight.
  • Experience in prioritizing and managing the workload of a development team.
  • Capability to convert user stories into actionable software solutions within the Salesforce environment.
