About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor in Fleetwood. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories, achieving daily sales targets and KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain store standards, product placements, and stockroom
  • Be self-aware, taking responsibility for your own learning and development
  • Support the growth and development of the team, contributing to a positive and engaging store environment
