Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Ascendant Recruitment. As a key member of our Pensions Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pension Scheme Administration: Assist with the day-to-day administration of pension schemes, including online inquiries, scanning of completed case work, and call logging.
  • Correspondence and Enquiries: Handle correspondence and telephone enquiries from scheme members and third parties in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Workflow and Procedures: Process work in accordance with documented workflow procedures and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  • IT Literacy: Be proficient in using IT systems and software to perform administrative tasks.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Initiative: Use initiative in a fast-paced working environment to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Maths and English: Have attained a Grade C or above in Maths and English at GCSE/O-Level.
