At the Castle Donnington site, which opened recently, a significant investment has been made to meet growing demands. The facility processes over 120,000 orders daily, aiming to dispatch units within 30 minutes of order placement, showcasing their advanced operational efficiency.

As a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated shift team comprising a Deputy Team Leader, several engineers, and Automation Assistants.

Continuous improvement is a core objective for the site, and they seek an individual passionate about fostering long-term success and driving initiatives for ongoing enhancement.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a team consisting of a Team Leader, Deputy/Technical Engineer, three Engineers, and two Automation Assistants, including a final year apprentice.
  • Maintaining a 60/40 split between office duties and hands-on tasks.
  • Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) scheduling for the shift, including appraisals, leave management, and addressing disciplinary matters.
  • Handling critical breakdowns on-site, collaborating with customers and the leadership team to ensure prompt responses and clear communication.
  • Fostering a customer-centric engineering approach.
