Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's manufacturing team in Leicester. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Electrical fault finding and repairs
  • CNC and PLC fault finding and repairs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor systems such as Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability-Centred Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance, and FMEA programs
  • Support TPM plan
  • Analyze and investigate equipment failures using Failure Mode Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys)
  • Report conclusions to Maintenance Supervisor and make recommendations for improved programs and practices
  • Participate in the creation and review of maintenance procedures and policies
  • Assist with facility repairs and machine relocation
  • Maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Relevant Engineering qualification (electrical)
  • Experience in a face-paced manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to root cause analysis/problem solving processes
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
