Job Summary

We are seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers, portraying a professional and confident manner that delivers excellent customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will build and maintain an active customer base, develop new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain excellent customer and vendor sales relationships
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive planning and execution of outbound calls to customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Develop and execute partner relationship strategies, including account planning and cross-selling
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
  • Ensure the CRM system is well-maintained and provides accurate customer information
