Job SummaryWe are seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers, portraying a professional and confident manner that delivers excellent customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will build and maintain an active customer base, develop new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain excellent customer and vendor sales relationships
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive planning and execution of outbound calls to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Develop and execute partner relationship strategies, including account planning and cross-selling
- Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
- Ensure the CRM system is well-maintained and provides accurate customer information
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Priority management and planning skills
- Ability to strive for and achieve set targets
- Understanding of sales processes and procedures
- Good relationship-building skills
