TD SYNNEX Internal Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Develop Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Manage Customer Expectations: Ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded by providing timely and effective solutions to their business needs.
  • Maintain CRM System: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to ensure that customer information is current and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Effective Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail to ensure that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Priority Management Skills: Possess strong priority management skills to effectively manage multiple customer relationships and sales targets.
  • Ability to Achieve Targets: Possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Understanding of Sales Process: Possess a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to effectively navigate complex sales situations.
