Job Summary

We are seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will portray a professional and confident manner, delivering excellent customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain an active customer base, develop new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain excellent customer and vendor sales relationships
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls to customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Develop partner relationships, including account planning and cross-selling
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
  • Maintain a well-organized CRM system with accurate customer information
