We are in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented Area Service Manager to enhance customer relationships and service delivery within a designated region. This home-based position necessitates travel and entails regular engagement with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and assistance.
Primary Responsibilities: (not exhaustive)
Perform regular evaluations of customer service based on various customer segments. Strive for continuous enhancement of customer interaction points. Establish and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Offer training and support to clients regarding our products and services. Ensure effective service delivery within the assigned region, adhering to performance benchmarks. Collaborate with Area Coordinators and independent milk recorders and samplers to provide services. Aim towards various KPIs to guarantee high-quality data. Promote NMR and assist at local and national events, such as exhibitions and farm tours. Maintain an extensive understanding of NMR products and services while staying updated on the broader industry landscape.Candidate Profile:
Strong relationship management skills A genuine interest in agriculture and/or farming (preferred) Ability to effectively manage time and work flexible hours is essential. Proficient verbal and written communication abilities Previous experience in account management (preferred) Fully computer literate Experience in milk recording and sampling (preferred)Additional Information:
Home-based role with adaptable weekly hours to accommodate early starts, late evenings, and customer milking schedules. The position requires significant travel; candidates should reside within the area and possess a valid UK Driving Licence.Skills & Experience
