We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Skipton Building Society. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a first-class experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch and over the phone, providing a warm and welcoming service.
- Proactively contact customers to discuss their needs and provide education on our products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and identify vulnerable customers who require additional support.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
