About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Made to Measure sales associate to join our team at Freedom People | Iconic Luxury Fashion & Lifestyle Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our bespoke and made-to-measure tailoring services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in luxury sales or made-to-measure tailoring
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
