CAMHS Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CAMHS Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a specialist mental health service provider, we offer a unique opportunity to work with young people aged 8-18 years who require high-quality mental health services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage a variety of acute and complex mental health issues in young people.
- Develop and implement treatment plans collaboratively with multi-agency teams and involve families in care.
- Manage challenging behaviors using de-escalation skills and provide support through therapeutic interventions and community activities.
- Complete accurate records and notes in accordance with policy and safeguard young people.
- Manage medication and work effectively as part of a team to provide comprehensive care.
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- A valid NMC pin and strong communication skills.
- Resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviors.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to care.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive annual salary of £33,000 to £43,000.
