Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of clients through one-to-one sessions, providing support with housing, benefits, and access to essential services.
- Facilitate access to on-site facilities, including a gym, music studios, wellness rooms, and arts and crafts areas.
- Organize and participate in weekly doughnut and debate clubs, promoting social interaction and support.
- Coordinate cooked breakfasts and other community activities, fostering a sense of belonging among clients.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans, helping clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
- Collaborate with other support workers and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a criminal justice or social care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a caseload.
- A commitment to supporting individuals with a history of offending and promoting positive reintegration into society.
