  • Develop and implement personalized support plans, helping clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with other support workers and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a criminal justice or social care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a caseload.
  • A commitment to supporting individuals with a history of offending and promoting positive reintegration into society.
