About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a rotational position. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work in various clinical settings, including acute and emergency medicine, orthopaedics and surgery, neurology, hand therapy, and complex medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse physical and psychological conditions, determining diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Hold responsibility for a specific caseload and work area, with access to senior occupational therapist support when needed.
  • Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner, with regular evaluation and feedback from senior staff.
  • Supervise work experience students on observational placement, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a positive learning experience.
  • Contribute to evidence-based audit and research projects, making recommendations to senior staff to improve clinical practice and service delivery.
