Assembly Manufacturing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Manufacturing Manager to lead our production floor operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all production activities, ensuring safety and morale of employees, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production plans to meet business goals and customer demands, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the receipt and movement of released product, manage molding and assembly operations, and maintain a clean and organized production environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with HS&E policies and procedures, and implement measures to improve quality and reduce waste.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Education and Experience: Degree in Plastics Technology or Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years supervisory experience in manufacturing management or a related field.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, and operations in a production environment, with experience in implementing 5S, Six Sigma, and Black Belt initiatives.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of production staff.
