Job Summary
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CEO Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office and Google Docs, and have a strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Oversee the CEO's daily schedule, coordinating meetings, setting appointments, and managing reminders to ensure efficient time management.
- Communication: Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, manage document requests, and ensure clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and prepare and distribute meeting reports to relevant attendees.
- Administrative Management: Maintain and organize administrative folders, ensuring all meeting notes, research documents, and files are systematically updated and easily accessible.
- Document Preparation: Draft and edit slides, meeting notes, and other key documents, ensuring they are professional, clear, and aligned with the CEO's objectives.
- Event Planning & Research: Assist the CEO with public event planning and research, providing detailed analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn and TikTok, to enhance the CEO's online presence and engagement.
