Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Supervisor to join our busy Valet department. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Valet Supervisor to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery, while maintaining Health and Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support and assist team members to ensure work is completed to the required standards and in a timely manner.
- Monitor productivity and provide guidance to team members to improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Valet Supervisor and colleagues to ensure correct usage and storage of chemicals.
- Encourage and collaborate with colleagues to ensure Health and Safety requirements are met, including administration of department risk assessments and liaison with the Group Health and Safety Manager.
- Work with colleagues to ensure 100% quality of vehicles valeted, including quality checking and reporting any concerns.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of valeting and experience of working in a supervisor role or similar. You will have the ability to guide and mentor others.
A driving license is essential for this role.
