We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Allied Vehicles Group. As a key member of our Valet department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support and assist team members to ensure work is completed to the required standards and in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Valet Supervisor to monitor productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
- Offer guidance and direction to team members to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure correct usage and storage of relevant chemicals.
- Encourage and support colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Conduct quality checks on vehicles to ensure adherence to expected standards.
- Update and record findings from quality checks and report concerns to the Valet Supervisor and colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in valeting and a proven track record of working in a supervisor or similar role. You will also have the ability to guide and mentor others.
