We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant Leader to enhance our dynamic Valet department. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Valet Supervisor to uphold and exceed our service standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing team productivity, emphasizing high-quality outcomes, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist and support team members as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks to the required standards.
  • Work alongside the Valet team consistently to provide necessary support for quality and efficiency.
  • Guide and mentor team members who may be struggling to meet quality and efficiency benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the Valet Supervisor and colleagues to ensure proper usage and storage of relevant cleaning agents.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to Health and Safety protocols, including conducting department risk assessments and liaising with the Valet Supervisor and Group Health and Safety Manager.
  • Ensure 100% quality of valeted vehicles, which includes performing quality checks during the production process.
  • Document and compile findings from quality assessments and communicate any concerns to the Valet Supervisor and team on a weekly basis.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess prior experience in valeting and have a background in a supervisory role or similar capacity. The ability to mentor and lead others is essential.

A valid driving license is a requirement for this position.

The working hours are Monday-Wednesday, 7am-6pm and Thursday, 7am-5.30pm, with a competitive salary of £27.5k per annum.
