About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Allied Vehicles Group. As a key member of our Valet department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist team members to ensure work is completed to the required standards and in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Valet Supervisor to monitor productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Offer guidance and direction to team members to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure correct usage and storage of relevant chemicals.
  • Encourage and collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to Health and Safety requirements.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure 100% quality of vehicles valeted, including quality checking and reporting any concerns.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in valeting and a supervisor role or similar.
  • Ability to guide and mentor others.
  • Driving license essential.
