Role Overview

This is a part-time (3 days per week) hybrid role for a Lead Designer at Degen Distillery, which could lead to a full-time role. The Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction, visual design, and brand identity of Degen Distillery. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring innovative designs to life. While the role is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and design projects that align with the company's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs to life.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and branding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing skills in 2D and 3D design.

Requirements

  • Graphic Design, Branding, and Visual Design skills.
  • Experience in developing creative concepts and executing design projects.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the spirits or beverage industry is a plus.
  • Experience in the web3 industry is a plus.
