About the Role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our commercial insurance business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Client Managers to generate leads and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales activities to optimize sales efficiencies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor information to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum of a relevant National Certificate (NQF 5 in Short-term Insurance), Diploma or Degree.
- At least 3 years' experience in short-term insurance for Commercial and Personal Lines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
