We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our prestigious retail establishment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing local strategies while leading the team to enhance sales, customer relationship management, and client service within the boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propel the sales team to consistently meet or surpass sales objectives.
- Optimize business opportunities by fostering collaboration and efficiency throughout the boutique.
- Define and execute the boutique's strategic action plan.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance analyses.
- Regularly review results with the Managing Director and proactively suggest necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with all Corporate Departments to implement global guidelines and action plans.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the boutique's operations and assess local market opportunities to devise a proactive sales strategy.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to execute CRM strategies aimed at enhancing client acquisition and retention.
- Actively engage in networking initiatives, including client events.
- Manage stock and develop the team:
- Inspire and support the team, including the Deputy Manager and Sales Associates.
- Communicate strategic brand initiatives to the team.
- Energize the boutique through regular team meetings, ensuring staff awareness of targets and best practices for client experience.
- Oversee administrative and HR tasks, including rota management, commissions, and absence control.
- Participate in the recruitment process for your team and provide comprehensive training for new hires.
- Develop and implement a training strategy for the sales team.
- Lead the performance management process through scheduled individual meetings with the sales team, including annual reviews.
- Ensure the team consistently delivers an exceptional client experience while maintaining professionalism.
- Foster long-term client relationships that enhance business opportunities.
- Provide a model luxury experience for clients and maintain a visible presence on the sales floor.
- Manage operating costs through monitoring, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all operational procedures, including stock management and financial processes.
- Oversee daily setup and breakdown of the boutique as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand and its full range of products and services to convey the heritage and values of Buccellati.
- Advocate for the adoption of new technology-based service tools.
- Comply with security and operational procedures regarding product handling and inventory control.
- Ensure adherence to security regulations concerning clients, staff, and inventory.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the relevant marketplace and client demographics.
- Uphold the Buccellati image by maintaining a professional demeanor and acting as an ambassador for the brand.
- Ensure the highest standards of boutique maintenance, including cleanliness and display quality.
- Control staff presentation, including uniforms and client interaction.
