Job Title: Recruitment Manager / Billing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager / Billing Manager to join our team at Kemp Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  3. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to placement and post-placement support.
  4. Drive team performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are met, and providing coaching and guidance to team members.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  3. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
