Job Title: Recruitment Manager / Billing Manager

Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 per annum
OTE: £150,000 to £200,000+ per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: Bournemouth

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager / Billing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our client base and increase revenue
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services
  3. Source and attract new candidates who match our clients' requirements, promoting them to our clients and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
  4. Manage the entire recruitment process, negotiating offers between clients and candidates and providing excellent after-service contact
  5. Drive the team's success, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets are met
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record in sales and recruitment, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  3. Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
  4. Ability to make fast and effective decisions, with a strong problem-solving skills
