Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager / Billing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our client base and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services
- Source and recruit top talent for our clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial consultation to placement and post-placement support
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales
- Proven track record of success in sales and recruitment, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
