Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and registered social worker to join our Children Looked After team at Sheffield City Council. As a social worker in this team, you will work with a diverse range of young people and their families, providing support and guidance to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the needs of looked after children and develop plans to meet those needs
  • Work with young people and their families to provide support and guidance
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and reviews
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
