- Monitor the well-being of service users, identifying any changes in their condition or behavior and promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Facilitate social interaction and engagement by participating in group activities and outings, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive environment, fostering trust and open communication with service users and their families.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with service users and their families.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring that care plans are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills within a dynamic and evolving healthcare setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent qualification, or a commitment to working towards this qualification.
