Customer Service Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This role involves processing customer orders, managing back orders, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders received through various systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage customer back orders by coordinating with relevant departments and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations via telephone and email.
  • Raise invoices and accurately process credits.
  • Communicate with 3rd party warehouse and freight forwarders regarding delivery enquiries.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Previous customer service experience is desired but not essential.
