We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This role involves processing customer orders, managing back orders, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders received through various systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage customer back orders by coordinating with relevant departments and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations via telephone and email.
- Raise invoices and accurately process credits.
- Communicate with 3rd party warehouse and freight forwarders regarding delivery enquiries.
- Highly organized and able to work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Previous customer service experience is desired but not essential.
- Competitive salary of 26k p/a.
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Hybrid working after 6-month probation period.
