About the Role:

eSift Ltd is seeking two experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team at our new support facility, Safe Harbour, in Woking. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a non-clinical service to individuals aged 18 and over, supporting them in their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered interventions to support individuals in managing their mental health
  • Work collaboratively with service users to develop and implement support plans tailored to their needs
  • Provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their experiences and concerns
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to mental health support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the mental health field, with a focus on person-centered interventions
  • Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
