Morecambe, Lancashire, United Kingdom saha Full time

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Engagement Co-ordinator to join our team at Saha. As an Engagement Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering activities to clients who are living in our service.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our teams and the local community and voluntary sectors to design and implement a weekly program of participation activities and sessions. This will involve collaborating with colleagues, external agencies, young people, and in-house teams to ensure that the sessions are educational, practical, and provide opportunities for skill development and knowledge acquisition.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the needs of clients who have experienced homelessness or similar social care settings and will be able to build trusting relationships with them. You will also have a high level of resilience and be able to work flexibly, including some evening and weekend shifts.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and has a positive, can-do attitude. You will be a confident and capable communicator, able to build professional relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Benefits of Working as an Engagement Co-ordinator

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a range of benefits, including 26 days annual leave (rising to 31 days), a pension with life assurance, discounted private medical insurance, and a full induction package and training relevant to the role.
