Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our teams and the local community and voluntary sectors to design and implement a weekly program of participation activities and sessions. This will involve collaborating with colleagues, external agencies, young people, and in-house teams to ensure that the sessions are educational, practical, and provide opportunities for skill development and knowledge acquisition.

The Engagement Co-ordinator will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a weekly program of participation activities and sessions
  • Collaborating with colleagues, external agencies, young people, and in-house teams
  • Ensuring that sessions are educational, practical, and provide opportunities for skill development and knowledge acquisition
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local community and voluntary sectors

About You

We are looking for a confident and capable communicator who can build trusting, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. You will have a good knowledge or experience of working with clients who have experienced homelessness or in a similar social care setting. You will also have a high level of resilience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
